Q. Do you sell single vector images?
A. Yes, now we do. It costs $4 per vector image, but we reccomend to buy by subscription because is much cheaper.
Q. What are the limits on downloads?
A. You can download 20 vector images per day(24 hours period) for 30 days( 20 files X 30days=600 downloads).
Q. Can I share my username/password with friends/colleagues?
A. No. You are not allowed to do that, only one user per account.

Q. How do I cancel my subscription?
You need to go to www.vectorious.net/amember/member.php, log in and click the cancel link or email us at info@vectorious.net.
Q. After my membership expires, can I continue to use the vectors I downloaded?
A. Yes. You must first use the images within six months of the expiration date of your subscription. Once you have used the images within this time period you may continue to use them indefinitely. Under the terms of our licenses, you may not stockpile unused images for use at a later date.
Q. What is your refund policy?
A. Due to the nature of our business we cannot issue any refunds as all the information and products are presented up front.

Q. Can I use vectors that I download in work-for-hire?
A. Yes, you can.
Q. What does 'royalty-free' mean?
A. “Royalty-free” is a type of a stock photo license that provides for the unlimited use of an image in any media defined in the licensing terms. All the vectors on Vectorious.net are royalty-free.
Q. Can I sell the vectors that I download?
A. No you may not. Iit is against our terms and conditions to do that.
A. A Lightbox is used to store a group of vectors that you would like to eventually download. You can place vectors into a Lightbox, and then later download the vectors.
Q. How do I add vectors to the Lightbox?
A. To add vectors to the lightbox you need to be logged in to your account and press once the lightbox icon 
, once you do that the icon will turn green 
and the image is in your light box. To remove the image from the light box you need to press the green icon again and the image will not be in the lightbox anymore.
Remember that you can only download more than 20 vectors a day and if you add more images to the lightbox it will only download the first 20.
